When you say nothing at all

When you say nothing at all;
thoughts began to fill in.
When you say nothing at all;
doubts began to creep in.

The conversation seems different,
'Hi, how are you?' seems to be a norm.
Ending a conversation,
which used to be a tug-of-war; never wanna put down the call,
seems to be fading away,
leaving with doubts,
saying 'Anything else you wanna say?'

I ask why?Why I ask it?Why must 'Anything else you wanna say?' be heard over a conversation? It seems to be very hurtful, having given this phrase. I must be hurting as much for the phraser.

Passion, love, cares,.. these are the things that can't be said thru a conversation, rather-long short messages or over electronic flying mails.
These are the things you show it out sacrificially, giving ot unconditionally, and testify its fruit gratefully. These are the things done, when you say nothing at all.
